These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 88ef1 ("Platform", "Operator", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 88ef1 online betting and gaming platform accessible at 88ef1.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionality (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the platform or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

88ef1 serves players across Pakistan, including users based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Service is permitted under the laws applicable in their location.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 88ef1, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, a Restricted Territory.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity; the Account must be for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or close associate of the Operator or any affiliated company, in respect of competitive play or bonus eligibility.
• You have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.

The Operator reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of Bonus funds.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

During registration you must provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying the Platform immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Ensuring your Account password is strong and not shared with any third party.

The Operator will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for lawful personal entertainment purposes only.

You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. In particular, you agree:

• Not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Not to attempt to circumvent any security, access control or age-verification measure employed by the Platform.
• Not to use automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Service.
• Not to exploit errors, loopholes or technical vulnerabilities in games or platform software for financial gain.
• Not to engage in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or any other form of cheating or fraudulent play.
• Not to use the Service while subject to a self-exclusion order or any legally binding gambling restriction.
• To gamble only with funds you can afford to lose, and never to use borrowed or criminally derived money.

The Service is provided for personal entertainment. Commercial use, resale or redistribution of any Platform content, odds data or functionality is expressly prohibited without prior written consent from the Operator.

All monetary transactions on the Platform are subject to the Operator's current cashier terms, minimum and maximum limits, processing times and applicable fees as displayed in the platform cashier at the time of the transaction. These parameters are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where PKR is set as the Account currency. The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references only. The Operator does not represent that any of these providers endorse, support or permit gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method supports the intended transaction and complies with the provider's own terms and conditions.

• Deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to AML requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to delay or refuse processing pending satisfactory verification.
• Withdrawal processing times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Funds held in a Player's Account do not earn interest. The Operator is not a financial institution and Account balances are not bank deposits.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotions offered by 88ef1 are subject to specific promotion terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. The Operator reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel any bonus at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, device, IP address and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire upon lapse of the validity period.
• Maximum bet limits apply during bonus play; placing bets exceeding the stated maximum may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• The Operator reserves the right to reverse any winnings derived from a bonus obtained through misrepresentation, technical error or breach of these Terms.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the sport-specific and game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet.

Key principles governing betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Operator reserves the right to void bets affected by obvious pricing errors, data feed failures or other technical anomalies.
• Winnings are credited to the Account Balance promptly upon settlement; settlement timing depends on the outcome of the relevant event or game round.
• Cricket betting — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC tournament markets — is subject to the Platform's cricket betting rules. In-play odds are updated in real time and may differ from pre-match odds at the time of bet placement.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live dealer action, as applicable. The Operator does not warrant any particular outcome in any game.
• Maximum win limits per bet and per session may apply. These are published in the relevant game or sportsbook section.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit, restrict or refuse bets from any Player at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity.
• Manipulating, reverse-engineering or interfering with Platform software, games or security systems.
• Using artificial means (bots, scripts, automated tools) to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which the Platform offers markets.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose (bonus abuse).

All content on the 88ef1 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, graphics, software, game content, odds data, interfaces, databases and compilations — is the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Service. No other rights are granted. In particular, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the 88ef1 name, logo or brand marks in any commercial context.
• Scrape, harvest or extract data from the Platform by automated means.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Service interruptions, technical failures or data breaches not caused by the Operator's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Financial losses arising from gambling activity conducted through the Platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the Platform.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship at any time. Players may close their Account by contacting support. The Operator may suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account immediately and without prior notice if:

• The Player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Operator is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive or court order.
• The Operator reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• The Account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with the Operator's dormancy policy.
• The Player is determined to be a resident of or accessing the Service from a Restricted Territory.

On termination, the Operator will process withdrawal of any verified real-money Balance in accordance with its standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of outstanding verification requirements and the absence of any pending investigation. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited upon termination for breach.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the Operator's current licensing documentation.

This governing-law clause does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction.

The English-language version of these Terms shall be the controlling version in the event of any discrepancy with a translated version.

The Operator reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Service following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Service and contact support to close your Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
